London 24 October 2019 - Nissan has debuted two all-electric concept cars at the Tokyo Motor Show, the Ariya and IMk which are said to represent the company's 'vision for changing how vehicles are powered, driven and integrated into society'.
The Ariya Concept showcases Nissan’s new design direction, called Timeless Japanese Futurism. The new design language combines new possibilities incorporating the EV platform with traditional Japanese minimalist themes. Although it’s a concept vehicle, the crossover EV’s bold styling and unconventional interior and exterior elements could make it into production in the near future.
Meanwhile the IMk is meant to be the 'ultimate urban commuter' offering nimble fun handling, chic style and usable functionality for city dwellers.
