London, Sep 07 (BAN): Europe’s largest Consumer Electronics show takes place this week. This year the highlights of the IFA Consumer are associated with start-up innovation, digital health technology and manufacturers showing off their new products. The show attracts well over 60, 000 visitors from around the world. There show booths from most major South Asian brands like Sony, JVC, Panasonic, LG, Huawei,Samsung. These companies have on display their latest products to next level, super definitions television screen, sound and entertainment systems.
Digital Health Products includes introduction of Google’s watches that connect to mobile devices that monitors and tracks health parameters.
Huawei have introduced a complimenting sun glasses or may be used with designer spectacle frame-that have integrated speakers and microphone connected via blue-tooth that can either be used to listen to music or ability to answer calls from mobile phone.
Huawei have a very large stand showing a range of new and innovating technologies including new process Kirin 990 5G Professor for mobiles, upgraded P30 with more zoom and camera functions and sunglasses or even spectacle frames with integrated speakers and microphones. The later, frames with speakers and microphone is connected via Bluetooth without need for headsets, one can listen to music or even answer calls.
New Innovation Products includes a little robot produced by Sharp (Japan)that could be used to as a teaching aid for children, hotel or company reception. The robot uses AI and is operational in some hotels where it can welcome vistors and check them in. Other products includes Google’s digital watches with integrated health tracking and monitoring.
Smart Home Appliances and Accessories includes a range of products that can be operated from mobile phone remotely and can be interconnected. Italian designed switch accessories that only needs gently touching to activate the light switch. Smart TV’s that now can be shaped with wood frame work so that they look like a photo or painting on the wall.
Something to look out into the future is SkyDrive, a battery operated flying car model that was display. Electrically powered and can carry up to two people to fly to approximate range of 20 miles. This is under development and the model presented at the show to get feedback’
